  1. Anyone having issues with the straps on this model of bag? The straps have a plastic slider where the straps cross on the back, I can’t seem get the bag comfortable, everytime I pick the bag up the straps have moved!

I notice on the website the 2021 players 4 bag now has a different strap design.

Correct, the straps on the last several models were designed so that they could easily convert from a dual strap system to a single strap system. There were a lot of people that didn't seem to like that version so most of the 2021 line went back to a dual strap system with a permanent center connector. The new straps are interchangeable as the bag connectors are the same unless you have the first version bag where the connectors were round. Titleist does not sell bag parts so you cannot just buy a current replacement strap. If your straps are coming out of the plastic cross tie, there are some older posts under Gear that show how you can reverse the overlap which will better hold it in place. Hope this helps.
  3. Not specifically that model, but I struggled in a similar manner with my Hybrid 14 bag.
I've fed the strap back through the clip to stop it slipping and then added elastic bands in an attempt to further secure the strap.
Strangely, I've got a Players4 Plus (the StaDry one) and the strapping is fine on that model.

  4. Drives me mad. They work their way out of the plastic crossover and are a pain to get back in, especially when you're on the course.

Dumped mine and went back to the sunday bag which has a stitched fabric crossover.
  5. The strap has been fine (occasionally one gets slightly twisted when putting it on shoulder, but that's my fault, not the strap's).

My problem is with one of the stand legs that the umbrella in it's exterior holder pushes out of position so it 'hangs' a bit when walking and the leg bangs against my leg. End up putting the umbrella in bag alongside clubs (but can't do this when it's wet).

Any solutions to stop the umbrella pushing the folded leg out of it's closed position?

Yes Jason. I have posted the answer a few times on the "Gear" section. There is a plastic band that is in the middle of the two tension wires on the legs. You have to pop it off and snap it back on about an inch higher that it is currently positioned. That will add more tension to the legs and keep them in place. You may need a screwdriver to pop it off and pliers to pinch it back into place.
