  1. Is I only use my gap wedge for partial and full swings (no chipping) why should I go for vokey instead? I’m thinking of just going with the set gap wedge. Thoughts?

  2. I am having the same struggle, and I ended up just saving a few hundred and keeping the set 48 gap wedge and got 2 more SM9 for Sand and Lob Wedge.

When I got fit for the t100s, my fitter told me that if I use the 48 for full and partial shots, then go with the set gap, because it will be more forgiving with the cavity back. If you bump and run, then use the muscle back vokey 48. I went with the set 48 and went with the 54s and 60m bent to 58. I bump and run, pitch and chip with my 54s. Good luck!!

I play the T300s and got the 53W and recently purchased a couple of SM9 wedges. Decided to go with the 52.08F and put the 53W away. Best decision ever for me. Also we back to the standard sand wedge, 56.10S. Our fairways pretty tight and traps not good grain of sand. Seeing improvement. Have to do what is best for each of us.

It’s a matter of preference. I play the 2021 T200 48, because I play full shots and like the forgivenesses than SM9 48. I like my SM9 52 and 58 for partial swings and the heavier shafts allows for aggressive shots around the greens.
