After reading extensively (and watching Titleist videos) on the SM11s, I'm staying with my SM10s for now. The only reason being that (for me personally) there isn't enough change in the actual technology of the wedges to justify the expense. I change wedges about every 6 months, so I will probably buy new ones over the summer and may go with 11s. YMMV

I just put the SM11 60-12K in my bag. Set it to 58*. Works on both wet, packed sand and coarse soft sand. Firm and soft turf. I played the SM6 60-12K (58*) at Torrey Pines in 2018. My wedge lofts then were 42-50-58-64. They're that now.

I still have my 58-12D and 58-06K for course conditions. Plus as a spare the Wedgeworks 64T.

I’ve played 1 round with the new wedges and love them. Coming from the sm9 it definitely took a few swings to get used to but overall I’m a huge fan and can’t wait to see them rust.

Just ordered my 3 new SM11 two days ago along with new set of irons, can't wait to hit them. Have not played in 10 months due to TKR on both knees last year. This is my gift to myself for going through the surgeries. Looking forward to getting back! - jimr

    SM11 60-12K (58) vs SM10 58-12 (57).

I'm staying with the SM10 for the 50 and 54 (52-12F and 56-10S). For course conditions, the 58-12D and 58-06K.

The SM11 60-12K is more of a universal bunker tool.

The images below are my Vokeys. SM11 60-12K in first image. 42-50-54-58-64. 2nd image is SM10 58-12D and 58-06K for course conditions. It is great that Titleist went back to 12* on the K grind; setting it 2* strong makes it the "perfect" bunker club.

    Today's thumbnail has the 58-12K (56) and 60-04T SM11s. I still have 60-12K (58) and 64T available.

    I'm playing "traditional" 50-56-60.
