The Origin of Left Dash

Q:  How did the Pro V1x Left Dash originally come about?
A: Titleist R&D talks with the best players in the world every day and in doing so we’re able to gather valuable feedback and understand what they need most from their golf ball. To deliver on this we’re always prototyping new chemistry, new constructions and performance options. And if you look back on the history of the development of Left Dash, the R&D North Star for our engineers and scientists was to produce the fastest, tour validated golf ball possible.

Q:  When was the Left Dash first introduced? 
A:  Left Dash first appeared on tour in March of 2018.

Q:  When did it become available to the public?
A:   We began offering Left Dash in October of 2019.

Q:   Has Left Dash had success on tour?
A:   Left Dash was trusted by the winner of the 2024 U.S. Open.
