• Re: Team Titleist Event

That's what I thought.  A Titleist event being great.  It was unfortunate for me as I had to turn down the invite that I got.  Tried to make it work out around the family's schedule but to no avail (family first).  I regretted missing it and am still…

  • Some things are worth waiting for

At age 67, I've waited a long time for this one. We were playing in an end of year league scramble and were having a pretty good round. One of my playing partners hit before me and his ball looked from the tee as though it was about a foot from the hole…

  • Re: Who would be interested in a 913F 24* fairway wood?

Hmm. Replace the 5I with a 27H, replace the 24H with the 24F dialed to 23.25, replace the 21F/17F and get a 19F.  Should give me good gaps and then I could use all my FWs in the FW.  The 17F is pretty much a tee choice to driver.  That could work.

    Lou -

You do a lot of my thinking outside of the box for me.  I'm pretty solid 6I down and the 4W is primarily off the tee or from under low lying limbs.  Off the fairway with a 5I/24H/21F, I need to determine what my distances are.  I don't think I…

  • Re: Aerotech steelfiber iron shafts

Cameron, Thank-you for your quick response. I will look at the other shaft options Titleist offers if I order the AP2's. I will probably install Aerotech shafts in my current Titleist irons 704CB's. And try them out first though. Have a nice day. …
  • Re: looking to add a 910H to my bag

You know I never thought about a fairway wood.  I will have to compare both.  Thanks for all the helpful answers, I will have to let you know what I decide to go with.

  • Dahlems Hole N One

On this was a day (09/26/2012) in the 60's that the three of us were playing at Gleneagle Golf Club. That is Bob Bricker, Don Hodge and me, Charles Dahlem. It was one of my best days ever with a total round of 92. I had a chip on a par five hole that…
