Had a sleeve in the bag and grabbed one to play in 17th and 18th. First impression off the driver was noticeable: great flight and distance. Held nicely on firm greens and putter feel was great as well. This ball is a keeper.

Is the left dash just for high swing speed players?
  3. I think im going to need to give these a go this year!

I've just ordered some -ProV1X to go along with my new TSi3 driver, TSi3 3 wood and TS3 3 hybrid. I had played swoosh RZN Black for many years and I am really looking forward to trying out the new gear and balls when the snow melts and we get to play again.
  5. I’m a taller player (6’6”) and such have a steeper angle which means I also am a higher spin player. I have used the left dash for about three months now and I absolutely love it. The ball brings my spin rate down into what most players would consider “normal” range. I have gotten increased yardage but it also has helped my dispersion. I like the firmer feeling off the driver and irons. I could not be happier with the ball.

I got some of these to try, as well as the new Prov1 and Prov1x, I love trying new golf balls.
  7. I went back to left dash after 2 rounds w/ new pv1x. Pv1x had no feel esp off putter but also driver, f metals, & irons. My Shots went all over the place. My rounds are on public courses that provide little rollout and greens might be 8-10 stimp. I'm 72, 7 hdcp (from middle back tees), & play 2x week. My game is bump and run and while a little more height on shots might be good, I'll take feel over distance right now. Don't do much to left dash in my book. Fine tune, OK, but the consistency I get w/ L- is so worth it. Thanks. Love Titleist. I have TSi3 drvr & 16.5 w/ custom shafts, 21 & 27 hybrids, 5-p 620mb w/ tour spec golds, 3 sm8 wedges, & Scotty select 2 (with extra lead tape for feel). I love the way the L- feels when it comes off all clubs but esp putter, 16.5 and driver. Please continue L- production.....JLJ

    G’day Mike,
I’m a longtime Team Titleist member from Australia. Sadly there isn’t as much interaction in TT forums here so I hope you don’t mind me joining yours.
I’ve been playing the Left Dash since lockdown restrictions eased here in November. I managed to get my hands on a few dozen but to this day I don’t quite understand why they were made available.
Perhaps due to cancellation of tournaments locally, there was a stockpile that needed to be cleared. I’m sure glad I got to try them.
Prior to this, I had played either the AVX, ProV1 or ProV1x but couldn’t settle on a favourite. Each of the balls were great in their own way; I loved the low flight and distance of the AVX but it was a little too soft for my liking. ProV1 was great but not as long as the AVX or ProV1x, whilst ProV1x produced too much spin on approach shots.
Left Dash has been a winner for me. I get the extra distance of the AVX, the feel is firmer and the spin is much more controlled. My only wish is it was more readily available. Once my supply runs out I don’t know what I’ll do.
    Regards,
    Mark
  9. I just switched to - Pro V1X at the recommendation of my Virtual Ball Fitting. I was a long time PV1X but had changed to ProV1 in recent years to knock some spin down.

Love what I am seeing from the Left Dash. As a player with a very early release the less spin the better for me. Love it.

Most importantly I love having a Red Number again

Mike I received a box of the new ProV1 from Titleist to try and I am very grateful. I was wondering if I could get my hands on a Pro V1X and a ProV1 Left Dash. I don't mind paying for them. I don't want to buy a dozen of each. I want to test all three indoors on Trackman to see which gives me the best numbers. I want to customize and order 4 dozen of the winning ball before the golf season starts. I have a feeling the Left Dash will be best since I am always trying to increase ball flight and decrease spin. I just want to be sure before I buy 4 dozen. Thanks

In June, I posted that I love the Left Dash. It’s become my gamer and I hope this ball remains available or that it becomes the next version of the X.

I posted back in June how much I liked the Left Dash. Just want to say that it’s my gamer ball. I love the crisp feel, the ball flight, and the right amount of spin as I tend to be a bit steep. Hopefully, these balls will remain available or become the next version of the X.

I've played the V1, V1x and AVX. I am a 6 handicap but need a low spinning balls off my irons because I spin the ball too much. I liked the AVX but felt the low compression resulted in too much distance loss off the tee. The Left Dash is a perfect fit for me.

Since 2017, I have three hole in ones on three of the four par 3s at my home courses. I have uses a V1x, V1 and AVX for my first 3. I'm hoping to get an ace on the other par 3 using the Left Dash.

Put the left dash Prov1X into play at the Pinehurst event, excellent ball. Very long, felt great around the greens, and was the perfect spin for me. I will be getting more of these.

Have been playing V1x forever. Usually a swing speed of about 106ish and ball speed about 155ish. Hit the LD today on a track man and had a ball speed about 157-8 average with a lower spin number which I was pleased with. When finally can get outside, will put them in play and see how they perform. The 2019 V1x just spins too much for me on approach shots, maybe the 2021 might spin less as well. So far the firmness of the LD is negligible for me.

I doubt this will get read at this point, but after being fitted for the left dash last fall, I was finally able to compare it to a pro v1. It was the last edition pro v1 fwiw.

Anyways, this ball was amazing. Higher launch. Plenty of spin on the greens. And it was amazing in the wind. It substantially reduced horizontal wind effects, and into the wind is was almost 5 yards longer with a wedge.
I hope titleist keeps this ball going, and maybe the new pro v1x is similar, but this ball was fantastic.

Played the Pro V1 for years, had a go with the left dash last year, better off the tee for me, slightly higher, more spin with the irons but will keep using. Still need to try the new Pro v,s though.

Played the LD for the last year. February 2020 it was longer than the prov1X when I tested it side by side. Every other club was the same. It was an easy decision for me. Just played four rounds with the new 2021 X side by side off a lot of tee boxes, the new X is longer with the driver and checks a little more around the greens. Back to the new X for me

So, ordered 3 dozen through the loyalty program. Got them personalized. Open a sleeve to play this week and they put 2021 V1x in the left dash boxes. The sleeve had 2 LD and one new ball. Got home to check the rest and they all have some mixture of LD and regular V1x's. What the heck?
