Like Tom Watson.. I start out with a teed up 4 iron with half swings... Figure if I can get that going, the days shouldn't be too bad!

I like to stretch when I first get to the course to get my body warm. I will then go to the chipping/putting green and then finish with full shots.

I heard Gary Player does it this way as you finish on hitting full shots vs. putting which won't be your first shot on number 1.

I normally try to get to the course 1 hour before I tee off

I like to do lots of things for my warm-up on and off the course. Before I get to the course to warm-up I normally like to foam roll. This allows my muscles to be stretched out and makes everything smoother. I like to warm-up an hour before my tee time, which allows me to do lots of different things. First I like to start on the driving range and hit little chip shots, then half swing, then 3/4 swing and then move to a full swing. I tend to do this with all of my irons. I tend to normally only hit my 60, 8 iron, 5 iron and driver. I move on when I have hit 10-15 good shots in a row that are close to the flag. Then I like to spend the rest of my time on the putting green just to get a feel for the greens and to get the speed down. I hope this helps
