I am just curious as to what brand of sunglasses you wear. I have tried three major brands and some fly by night cheap ones also but I am now using LIQUID eyewear glasses. Once you put these on your head and fit them to you, you will love them. Here is the website to check them out. They are made right here in the USA.

I've been an Oakley fan for many years and I have yet to find anything that convinced me to change.  They are comfortable, stylish, and work really well in a variety of lighting conditions.

I love my Radars too, but with the golf lens. Non polarized.  Not a big fan of the polarized lenses.

I'm a big sunglasses fan, but not for golf.  I just can't deal with it.  I usually rock a visor or hat, so that keeps the sun out of my eyes.

If it's really bright I'll wear something in between shots.  I like my flack jackets a lot, and I've got some electrics and von zippers that I really like as well.

Bruce Irons edition Hijinxs and custom gascans for everyday and golfing use.  M frames for running.  And custom A-frames for snowboarding.  I might have a slight obsession issue.  :)  But when I find what I like, I stick with it!

And no polarized lenses for me.  Wouldn't be able to wear them in the Vette.  Can't see the heads-up display with polarized lenses.

Maui Jim's for me.  Their polarized lenses are the best in the business in my opinion.

x2, I love the Maui Jims.  Super light, and there polarized lenses work great.

Oakley Flak Jacket or Oakley Carbon Blade.  I find that oakley slip less from the nose on hot sweaty days.  They also fit on the outside of a hat better.

I have flipped between Oakleys and Maui Jims. I'll check out liquid eyewear and give them a shot. Thanks! Jim

Personally, I wear Maui Jim glasses.  I like the lenses and have a couple of different colored lenses for different light conditions.  Similar to Fred, I generally do not wear my sunglasses when I am hitting or reading putts.  I just seem to be able to focus better when I am hitting the ball without the glasses.

I wear Oakley Monster Dogs between shots and place them on the hat for hitting shots.  It's something about that eye hand coordination and glasses that just doesn't work for me to wear them and hit golf shots.

I made the switch from Oakley to Kaenon Kard Kore's a couple years ago, and I have never looked back. I started by switching my normal glasses over from Maui Jim's to Kaenon when I found the lens was better. After that experience, I tried the Hard Kore's for golf, and liked them better than the Oakley.

I never take the glasses off, even to putt.

Costa Del Mar Triple tail with polarized amber lenses are my favorite sunglasses for everything.  I also have the Maui Jim sport polarized grey rimless glasses which are lighter, but the lenses are much worse about scratches.  I'm bad to put my glasses in the button of my polo and when I bend over they tumble to the ground.  The ophthalmic glass in the Costa's resist scratching, but one fall and the Maui's are scratched in the dead center of my left eye.  I also have trouble with floaters in my vision, and the bright sun while looking down at the white ball causes them to become very distracting.  So, I wear my shades the entire round.

As a non-contact lens wearer, I wear polarized trifocals in a medium dark grey shade.  They are the same prescription as my regular glasses.  I have not found wearing the polarized, lined trifocals to be any problem during play.

I'm with you Fred.....I have tried sunglasses but they just don't feel right to me while I'm hitting a shot....started wearing them between shots but that was a pain always taking them on and off...

I'm with you Fred. I like my Oakley's but don't like wearing them unless I have to when playing. They look great as an accessory though!

If you would've asked me this a year and a half ago I would said OAKLEY SUNGLASSES ONLY,but one day out playing I broke my Mframes so I bought some other polarized sunglasses at the turn, let me tell you they are great ...my wife hates them, i'm only allowed to wear them on the course.

I am sold on the Oakley line.  My current are the vented photochromic radar path.  Need the vented for those hot sweaty days so they don't fog up.  Plus they get darker or lighter depending on light conditions.  I never take them off.

Oakley..I have about 12 pairs but my go to for golf are my Oakley Radar with the Range lens. I usually use the fire iridium or blue ice iridium lenses. It's great that they are interchangeable since I have about 4 different Radar lenses.

I have owned Revo's and Oakley's and have worn both on the course, but never when taking a shot. They just didn't feel right or give me the same "look" over the ball.

Yesterday was the 1st time I played a full round w a pair and they were the Revo M Shaped Polarized, with blue coloring.  They actually felt fine and gave me a similarity view and look of the ball and greens that I would have without glasses.  It wasn't my best round, but I don't think it was due to wearing glasses.  I will give them another try for sure and add my feedback to the post

Have to try the Maui Jim Ka'anapali's.  If you can find them in the bronze lens, get 'em!!  Not only do these provide excellent sun protection, but they are light, fit great and don't slip.  The bronze lens also isn't too dark so you can still read the greens.    They aren't cheap, but well worth the price!

Oakley Flak Jackets with polarized lenses. I have been a fan of Oakley since I was in the military. I get mine through Oakley's special issue website which is open to the military. They are the same as the store with the difference of Matte logos so there is no reflection.

I'm wearing progressive prescription Oakley Half Jacket 2.0XL's with the G30 Lens (Non-Polarized). My previous pair were Ray-Ban's with polarized lenses (the lens color is closer to Oakley's black iridium). I made the lens color change after comparing how the colors on the course appeared through each of the lens tints. I found that the G30 tint does what Oakley has been advertising about color amplification with the greens and browns. which has made reading greens much easier task. I am able to see the subtle breaks and see the grain more clearly with this lens tint. Another plus is the ball (white) stands out more when looking down the hole after a shot, so I'm able to go directly to the ball without having spend as much time looking for it especially if I'm not sure where the shot finished up. Also I am very impressed with Oakley's prescription lab, they absolutely nailed my new prescription with the blade style lens. the fit of these frames is also excellent, I don't have to worry about the frame sliding down. So for those of us who wear prescription glasses I would recommend the Oakley products.
