Copper tone sport spray. Just in case I carry around some 50spf cream for when I travel. Us sub arctic guys burn pretty easily

I've used Banana Boat 50 SPF for years and Golfers Skin as well. However, given the latest reports about how sunscrenn gets into the blood stream and never really leaves if you use it often, I'm going with Titleist Bucket Hats and long sleeve mesh shirts under my golf shirts.

I've found that broad-spectrum, sweat-resistant sunscreen works best for a long round of golf. The biggest thing is reapplying every couple of hours, especially around the turn. I've used Clari Cosmetics and liked that it felt lightweight rather than greasy, but consistency with reapplication matters more than the brand.

I have been recently hyperfocusing on applying sunscreen before/during my golf round. I generally start with 50 spf liquid sunscreen before I leave the house. Then when I get to the course, I spray spf 70 banana boat sport. At the turn I'll give it another spray mostly on my head (I'm bald), ears, face and the back of my neck, then I'm good to go. The worst part of it all is trying not to get it in your eyes. The Banana Boat Sport is waterproof/sweatproof and that helps, but it still gets in my eyes on a sweaty day.

I am a little older now, I think I could have done a better job of taking care of my skin along the way. I am a staunch user of the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer 100+spf

I use Blue Lizard on my face. Sparms on my arms, and a factor 50 spray on my legs.

While we are on the subject, just a reminder for those using sprays, it will kill the grass so please be careful where you spray your legs, never while standing on a putting surface. Thanks!

To add on to Dale's last comment..... Please check the wind direction when ya begin to spray, nothing like getting a face full of spray.

I've found out most sunscreens give me migraines after a couple hours of applying them. Started using Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen. The migraines have stopped. That's the brand I would suggest.

Two years ago I spent too much time on the golf course and got a bad sunburn on my temples. Went to see a Dermatologist and after weilding her scalpel she recommended a large brimmed hat plus sunscreen with zinc oxide. So in the summer months it's a Titleist Aussie Hat instead of paying the doctor 2x a year.
