    Just an incredible story, but to me, not a surprise. It's just not the Titleist way to offer up excuses in this type of situation. Good character seems to run through all of the Titleist employees. It's why when someone buys a dozen golf balls or a set of irons and it has the Titleist name on it, there is no question it's a quality product. Well done Titleist !

    This has to be the best story I've heard this year, I'm sure Steve was thrilled just to accompany his son to the video shoot. But to have the ultimate surprise presented to him, I would have been a total mess.

    Great story, and another example of why I always say Titleist is the best company in golf!

    The people at Titleist (and Footjoy) have always found a way to do the right thing. This is an amazing story with a great happy ending for all. Well done, Titleist!
