New Titleist TSR Drivers spotted on TOUR!

TSR Driver are the next generation of the most played drivers on TOUR, and they are making their worldwide debut this week at the Travelers Championship.

We are extremely excited to track the tour seeding and validation process. Titleist Golf Club Experts have been collaborating with the game’s best players throughout the R&D process, and now it’s time to earn their final validation on the world’s biggest stage.

Our Tour Representatives will be working with players over the next three days at TPC River Highlands, fitting them into the new TSR models and gathering their performance feedback.

Stay tuned to this thread and our social channels for updates as we track and share the Tour validation process over the coming weeks across the worldwide professional tours.

Thanks Allan! The TSR3 looks similar to the TSi3, but in my opinion, the others look significantly different than their TSi3 counterparts.

Can’t wait to see the TSR available for us loyal Titleist amateurs. To that point — it’s great the pros get a chance to test the newest Titleist clubs — How about some of Us ???
Your selling equipment to the loyal players and we would like to test as well. We already test the newest golf balls - how about the TSR?
That would offer a true perspective on what everyone from Scratch to 7 HC and even 16 HC will say about the clubs .
  9. How does one get to “TEST DRIVEr” a club?

How can I get on board to Help Test this new TSR line of Drivers & FW Metals? I’m a Certified Titleist Club Fitter at The PGA Tour Superstore in Birmingham, Al, currently playing the TSi 2 Driver & TSi3 3&5 Fairway Metals, and love them. I’ve been anxiously waiting to see when Titleist would be coming with the new equipment.. Can’t tell you how many Titleist Clubs I’ve sold(but it’s a bunch)and a lot at my club just by letting my playing partners hit mine, & see them blow it by their gamers, next thing you know they’re calling me to schedule a Fitting.️‍♂️If the new TSR’s are better than the TSi’s, it’s going to be a no brainer when I get a customer in for a fitting..

TM has a carbon face which is old technology.
In 2012, for the production of the Japan-only Gloire Reserve driver, TM developed a small-scale composite face production facility. Following years of continued prototyping, in 2016 TM engineers developed new manufacturing techniques, which resulted in the first 60-layer carbon face and the beginning of the Stealth project (2018).

I like that Dale. Is that I do not know, I made it up answer? ha..ha..ha.. Know I can always count on my right honorable friend. Cleared COVID Tuesday (three negative tests) and played golf on Wednesday. TTI event, three months from tomorrow. Maybe I can "refine" my game by then. Hakuna matata.....

Definitely just a guess. If I was in the know, I would have been sworn to secrecy and any leak would result in the removal of my TT bag tag, kind of like how Chuck Connors had his sword broken in half (TV "Branded" series for you young guys).

That is what I read. "Refined speed" in an article on line, Golf Digest. Good call. With them going to the public in late fall, hopefully we will get to try them at Streamsong in September. From what I read in the same article, the fitters will get them first in early fall once the get all the data back from the tour pros. But then, we will know when Titleist releases them. This will give everyone time to save the greenbacks.
