    I was in a similar situation and ultimately settled for 50, 54 and 60. But for me, Im using my 54 for most around the green and anything beyond that i felt was being taken care of by the 60.

    What one sees in my thumbnail is the wedge gapping that has worked. 46-52-58-64.

    I played 50-54-58-64 in the SM4 days. 50-08F, 54-1M, 58-06L, 64-07T. I discovered K grind in 2017. My wedge setup was 50-58-64, using a Fourteen RM21 42* in place of the 9 iron. I found out in 2021 that a 54-10S bent to 52 worked better than a 50-08 and played it for 3 years as a GW. 54-10S and 54-12D both had shortcomings but 54-14 does everything. I tinkered with 58-12D or the combination of 58V & 58-06K the past year. I got rid of some "baggage" and the 58-14K (56*) is my all-around club for greenside shots (even hard lies).

    46-52-58-64 has worked for ages. For 58*, I carry V grind and low bounce K.

    So I thought for 58-12D. I threw a couple balls in 8" of grass and the 56-14F cut through it like a sickle. The 58-12D did OK but not quite as consistent. I returned the D grind and got a 52-12D (that I set to 50) to tighten things up a little bit.. 46-50-54-60-64. I set the lie angle of the 52-12F to 65. Properly "gaped" (sic). On one course, 50* loft works well.

    Very first shot with the 52-12F. I also found out I hit the 913F 19 fairway much better than the GT2 21 so I returned the latter and got a 58-14K (which I set to 57*). I played 58-14K for almost 4 years before dinkering with it, V and D grind at 56-58* loft.

    Partial wedge shots are difficult to control even for the best players in the world. Most players benefit from carrying four wedges, which leads to tighter distance gaps and more full swings. Vokey recommends 4° - 6° of loft separation between your wedges, resulting in 10-15 yards

    46-50-54-60-64. I have the PW, GW & SW 2* strong because of the bounce. My 8 iron is 40* (620CB). In reserve, I have a 58-14K. The 52-12F is pretty deadly. I carried 50* loft up until 2020 (50-08F).

    I’ve changed my gapping a lot but sat few years found that 48-54-60 works best for me

    Wedge gapping is pretty "traditional"

    I'm using a Wedgeworks 44F (42*) in place of the 9 iron.

    46-52-56-60-64 for PW-XW. I like 8* bounce on the 44F and 48-10F so those are 2* strong. The 58-14K works better with 12* bounce. 52-12F for gap, 60-06K for LW.

    All of my wedges are SM p Vokeys. I went with 50,52,56 and 58. Use the 58 mostly around the green. Took me a little time to get used to the 50,but i really like it now.

    I tossed the 46-10 because it got 10 yards less vs the 44F Wedgeworks. Not counting the 44F (which I have set up at 9 iron loft of 42*), my lofts are 50-54-57-60-64. 57 is a 58-12D. The 50 loft is a 52-12F. The 54 loft is a 56-14F. 60 is a 60-06K. For a carry bag, I would simply pull the 56-14F and the low bounce K. I use the 50* loft quite a bit.

    Most players like a 4-5 degree gap in their wedges so you don't end up with a yardage you can't hit.
    My PW is 46, then i play SM10 50, 54 and 58. It gives me good distance gapping and with the right grinds (54 08M and 58 04T) i can play a variety of shots around the green.
    Do you find the distance between a full shot 50 and 56 is too big or does it work for you?

    Since then, not counting the Wedgeworks 44F (which is set at 42* as a 9 iron replacement) my basic wedge lofts are 50-57-64. I have a 60-06K for course conditions. The 50 loft is 52-12F. 57 loft is a 58-12D.

    I have the Wedgeworks 64T on order.

    For places like Torrey Pines, I carry 56-14F (55*) and 60-06K. 58-12D set to 57* works in a wide variety of conditions.

    Yeah I would agree with 4-6 degrees gapping. I’ve got the new T150’s 1 strong so I’m at 43-48-54-60. I had the 48 GW bent to 47 but I just bought a SM10 48 10F and I realllllly love it.

    43 PW - 48 10F - 54 10S - 60 8M

    60 is mostly greenside. I also have a 54 8M and 60 04T I’m tinkering with this offseason. I’m Midwest but it can get pretty hard pan in dry spells during summer.

    I reshafted the 46-10F to NSPro 940 S and set the loft to 44. I now use the Wedgeworks 44F for a Sunday bag. My basic short iron gaps are 38-44-50-57-64. I throw in 60-06K at certain courses.
