anyone see the list of shaft options for this year's GTS?
  2. I had my staff fitting yesterday and got a chance to hit all 3 models, I ended up going with the GTS4 moving from the GT3.
  3. Does the GTS2 sit the same as GT2? As far as face angle?
I have my GT2 at C1 and wish could move it a bit more.

Scheduled my fitting for this coming Thursday at 1. I haven’t been fit in years and I’m getting older, losing speed so its time to get fit,
  6. Definitely hoping for even more speed off of the club face. I cannot wait for my fitting in a few days!

I am so confused. GTS4 is 460cc and GTS3 is 440cc. Last generation was fairly low spinning. GTS4 is supposedly where most players will fall.

All three newly released GTS drivers are 460cc. Apparently there is a straight progression and less overlap. Lowest to Highest spin.

GTS4 weight forward, 4 weight back then GTS3 weight forward, 3 weight back then GTS2 weight forward 2 weight back.

I hit the GTS2 yesterday, only for a short time not a proper fitting. Weight back so in theory the highest spinning and with matching loft and sleeve to my GT2 was significantly lower spinning. 1600 GTS2 11 degrees weight back B2 opposed to 2300 same configuration GT2 11 degrees B2. I also hit the GTS 7FW with a 5 FW shaft to get the length I play and the launch was very low. I was the first person to hit them, wrappers off so the fitter could not tell if this was player specific or not. This was a local fitter, I'm going for a Titleist fitting next week interested if the results with more time, adjustment, shafts will be different. Did pick up 2.5/3 mph ball speed but less carry.
  9. Well I asked for a shallower face profile in the fairway woods, and it was delivered in GTS 2! So HAD to order one, would have been rude not to, after taking my design input hahaha :-D

I was fit on 5/13, any idea what the ship date might be once fitting takes place?
  11. I have the same question. My fitting was 5/20.

My experience is pre-orders will arrive around the release date, which is 6/11. Titleist will likely start shipping a week in advance. Luck of the draw may result in arriving +/- 3 business days around the 11th. Not to say if one component runs short, some may arrive much later. How well FedEx can absorb larger than normal shipments is just an unknown factor. 4-5 business days to New England may take longer.

Ordered mine last week, has anyone got theirs yet and how do you rate it 1 to 10

Since Titleist announced in February that the GTS (2, 3) would be out in May, can we expect a 2-3 months early heads-up on when the GTS1 driver and fairways will be on the market? I'm wondering if I should go with the GT1 now or potentially wait until next season on the GTS1? If the GTS1 won't be available until July or August, it'd be nice if Titleist would say so.

I attended the fitting session down at Pinehurst resort for the GT driver release and work with the Titleist rep for about an hour. He was able to tweak the club and the shaft to get my launch angle down. I was hitting the ball 25 the 30 yards longer on the fly with the new Titleist driver. Highly recommend buying this club and getting fitted for it. Way to go Team Titleist!
